What it is and how it works
The strip uses SMD5050 LEDs with WS2812B control, offering a bright color range and dynamic effects. It draws 2.88 watts per meter and runs on 5 volts. Available lengths span from 1 meter up to 20 meters in multiple increments to fit different layouts. It carries an IP20 rating, meaning it is not suitable for outdoor or damp environments.
Control and connectivity
Operate the lighting via a 38-key infrared remote (batteries not included) or through a Bluetooth smart app. The Bluetooth controller provides up to 30 meters of wireless range, and the setup remembers your preferred settings automatically. The infrared remote is powered separately by batteries, while the Bluetooth controller requires a CR2025 battery that is not included.
Lighting modes and color options
Dream color functionality combines an advanced IC with rich displays such as rainbow patterns, chasing, jumping, and blinking. In music mode, 18 color options are available; without music, 142 modes keep the scenes varied. You can lock in a static color—white, red, green, blue, and others—and adjust brightness for the selected hue.
